Please note that removing a card from your Postbox does not delete the card from our site or prevent others who have received the card from viewing it. Then swipe left on the card you want to remove and tap the red "Trash" button to delete it. You can delete cards from your Postbox as long as you're viewing them in the "list" view. Tap the Postbox icon at the bottom left corner of your screen, then tap into the folder that contains the card(s).Swipe left on the card you want to remove and tap the red "Trash" button to delete it. If you wish to remove any cards from your account, you will first need to navigate to your postbox from the home screen. You should then see an option to "Edit" at the top left corner of the screen, tap there to access your card design or details.

Tap on the card you'd like to update and this will bring your Tracking page. Next tap "Post Box" and find your cards in the "Sent" section. Login to your account and tap the menu at the top left corner of the home screen. If you created your card on the iPad app, you should be able to edit it after it has been sent by accessing it through your Post Box. Tap 'Edit' at the top right corner of the screen to open a menu, and choose "Edit Card Design" to get back to the customize screen. This will bring you to your Add Recipients screen. If you created your card on the iPhone app,you can edit it by tapping "Post Box" at the bottom of the home screen, then tap the card you need to edit. Next, tap "Edit" at the top left corner of the screen.

If you created your card on a desktop browser, you should be able to make edits to certain elements of your card on the iPad app. Or you can return to the desktop site to make edits. If you have a quick change, you can reach out to us and they can make the change for you. If you created your card on a desktop browser, you won't be able to make any edits to the card design on your iPhone after the card has been sent.

If you need to schedule a message to send at a later time, you can do so by accessing your Tracking page from a desktop browser. Unfortunately at this time the iOS apps do not have an option for you to schedule an auto reminder for your guests, but we're hoping to have it available in the future. Once the card loads, tap the middle 'Event' tab at the top of the screen and then tap the speech bubble to access the messaging menu. Tap on the appropriate card image to open it. Next, tap "Sent" and find your card in the list. From the home screen, tap the set of three lines at the top left corner of the screen, then tap "Post Box" when the menu appears. You can write a message to your guests on RSVP events on the iPad app. Finally, tap "Write a message" to access the messaging menu. Next tap "Event" or "Recipients" (this depends on whether or not you're collecting RSVPs) to get back to your recipient list. To get there from the home screen, tap "Post Box" at the bottom of your screen, next tap "sent" from the menu on the left, then tap on the appropriate card image. You can write a message to your recipients on the iPhone app by accessing the Recipients screen.
